Facilitator Week 7

Hello there! Nieves here as the Facilitator of the week. It has been a really good week for Las Definitivas, and I think it reflected positively in the final product!

I feel so happy with the way we have worked this week! Normally we have some organization problems that are difficult to manage for us, so I wanted to make sure that that wouldn’t happen to us this week. I proposed to divide the task in several parts, assigning one of those to a certain member of the group. In the end, everyone was working as a machine thanks to that kind of strategy weused.

It was really important for me to do well this week, since the last one was kind of a disaster (specially for me), I felt that I had to redeem myself. Also, I’m not used to being the “leader”, so it was really challenging for me to assume this role, as I’m more used to being part of the pack.

I am really proud of my group and I hope we can keep the hard work we have put on this week until the end, which by the way is really close! I can already smell the Summer.
